CREATE Event Design provides innovative event design expertise for corporate and social events. Our team specializes in transformative design for clients looking for environments that showcase their personalized story, style and brand.

CREATE’s team incorporates visually stimulating décor, using live or virtual entertainment and inventive personalized details. With these components, our team is able to achieve something unique for each event. Our Process

The process is simple, we must know who you are in order to CREATE something special for you. We begin with our initial meeting and qualification process.  Then, we are able to detail out your personal and/or company style and brand. It is important to us to know the details so we can deliver them in unique and memorable ways.

Each event requires different components based on the overall objective of the event. Our experienced team will take you through each step of the process which can include story boards with design inspired photos, color swatches, and written proposals. In the end, these tasks allow us to perfect your event and provide you with an experience that leaves you wanting more!

Nicole Hernandez - Create Event Design

CEO, Principal Designer

Nicole is the CEO and Principal Designer of CREATE Event Design & Management. Her passion for design began over 20 years ago and quickly developed into a career-long journey.  Recognized as the Top 20 Under 40 in BizBash Magazine from the start of her career, she was excited to learn and grow in the industry. Nicole’s incredible event expertise stems from her work as Sr. Designer for the top décor company in Central Florida. She also was the Creative Director for the premier DMC in Florida for over 13 years.  Her specialties include event design & production, destination management, entertainment development, floral design, and event & wedding planning.  With her keen sense of style and eye for the unique she is able to keep her designs fresh and on brand. Her passion for the industry and her commitment to excellence has been her driving force. When she isn’t busy designing events, she is enjoying family time with her Fab 3, husband Dave and two beautiful daughters!

Contributing Sr. Event Producer/Sr. Wedding Coordinator

Michelle has worked alongside Nicole for many years. As the Sr. Contributing Event Producer, she has produced countless events for the CREATE team. She is committed to getting the job done the right way the first time. Michelle is a huge asset to the team combining her expertise in both management and design.  She provides our floral designers the leadership and training they need for successful events. Michelle also is our Sr. Wedding Coordinator working with our couples to ensure success on their special day.

Janice is an amazing Event Producer as she has an incredible background in vendor management and logistics.  This unique skill set is an asset to each of our clients. But her skills don’t end there, as her natural style and attention to details make her an important part of our  design team. Her bold personality and impressive style bring success to each event.

Stephanie has endless experience with event planning, logistics and coordination. She is an incredibly talented floral designer with an amazing eye for beauty and elegance.  Her natural talent for the beautiful makes her a great asset to our wedding design team. And her expertise in management allow her to be the perfect onsite manager for any event of any size.

Our Passion

Our Passion for events is something that is not taught to a team but innate within each member. The CREATE Team exudes passion in every task and is the number one quality required for each member. Well, that and a great sense of humor! You will never hear the words “this is how we normally do it” because each event, design and client has a unique story to tell. And it is our job to tell it right! With the continued motto of “whatever it takes” our team is on top of the details to ensure success at each event.
